Mike’s July 2018 Real Estate update with notes

The map below helps paint the picture.  Courtesy of my friends at the Seattle Times, this state map shows price increase averages for May to June 2018.  As my 2018 real estate forecast in January predicted, most of the price growth occurred in the first 6 months of the year and peaks between May and June EXCEPT Wenatchee which accelerated to 19.1% during the period.
