This insiders update from Michael J. Link at Windermere focuses on trend charts for the past three years for king county, Puget Sound, Leavenworth and WA state as a whole. Although volume is down roughly 30%, demand to live here is still really high so what does get listed is selling unless it is in a second home area which suffers most from high interest rates, awareness of higher insurance rates and Chelan County restrictions on nightly rentals. This restriction severely reduces the investment advantage.
